  • Describe the updates in CAR-T associated hyperinflammatory adverse events, including Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS), Immune Effector Cell-Associated Neurotoxicity Syndrome (ICANS), and Immune Effector Cell-Associated Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis-like Syndrome (IEC-HS)
  • Explain the utility of busulfan targeting for gene therapy conditioning, and the risks associated with over and under exposure to busulfan
  • Apply the risks associated with busulfan exposure to the Sickle Cell Patient Population
